LoccoBarber is operated by PromoLocco LLC. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Role

LoccoBarber connects customers with independent barbers. We do not provide services directly.

2. Bookings

  • Appointments are scheduled through the app
  • Details are set by the barber
  • Users must arrive on time

3. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. LoccoBarber may collect a service fee. Pricing is set by barbers.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled by individual barbers. LoccoBarber is not responsible for issuing refunds.

5. User Conduct

  • No false information
  • No harassment
  • No bypassing the platform

6. Accounts

Users are responsible for account security. We may suspend accounts if necessary.

7. Liability

LoccoBarber is not responsible for service quality, disputes, or damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time.
